Laws 2010, chapter 117, section 19, is repealed.
Sec. 8. Community college district; full-time equivalent submissions; repeal
A. Notwithstanding section 15-1466.01, subsection D, Arizona Revised Statutes, a community college district may submit to the economic estimates commission the average of the ten most recent audited full-time equivalent student enrollment counts.
B. This section is repealed from and after June 30, 2019.”
