SENATE AMENDMENTS TO H.B. 2029

Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert:
“Section 1. Small school districts; exemption
Notwithstanding the student count limits specified in section 15-949, subsection A, Arizona Revised Statutes, a school district that qualified for the small school adjustment pursuant to section 15-949, subsection A, Arizona Revised Statutes, in fiscal year 2014-2015 may continue to qualify for a small school adjustment under that subsection in fiscal years 2015-2016 and 2016-2017.
Sec. 2. Retroactivity
Section 1 of this act is effective retroactively to from and after June 30, 2015.”
