A. In addition to the appropriation made by Laws 2015, chapter 8, section 50, the sum of $1,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2015-2016 to the department of health services to provide grants on a competitive basis for the development of training materials for a proactive prevention education program for middle and high school students in this state.
