Repealing Laws 2015, chapter 14, section 13; relating to county medical care contributions.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Repeal; hospitalization and medical care contribution; no refund obligation

A.  Laws 2015, chapter 14, section 13 is repealed.

B.  This state has no obligation to refund monies paid pursuant to Laws 2015, chapter 14, section 13.
