AN ACT
amending title 13, chapter 31, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 13‑3122; relating to firearms.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 13, chapter 31, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 13-3122, to read:
13-3122. Unlawful executive order or action; second amendment; prohibitions; civil action
A. Pursuant to article II, section 3, Constitution of Arizona, any executive order or action that limits the rights guaranteed to a citizen of this state by the second amendment to the United States Constitution and that is not consistent with the constitutions of the United States and this state is an unlawful executive order or action and is not recognized in this state.
B. A person or an agency or political subdivision of this state shall not knowingly and willingly enforce, administer or cooperate with an unlawful executive order or action.
C. Any person who is a resident of this state has standing in any court of record to bring suit against any person or any agency or political subdivision of this state to remedy any violation of this section, including an action for mandamus. A court shall give preference to an action brought under this section over other civil actions or proceedings pending in the court.
