Page 7, between lines 28 and 29, insert:
"n. An insurer or insurance producer shall not inquire on an application for a motor vehicle insurance policy whether the applicant, any person who resides in the same household as the named insured and customarily operates a motor vehicle to be insured under the policy or any other person who regularly and frequently operates a motor vehicle to be insured under the policy, has been nonrenewed by an insurer."
