Page 6, line 27, after the period insert "a student who has yet to graduate OR RECEIVE A GENERAL EQUIVALENCY DIPLOMA and was lawfully enrolled in a joint technical education district program on january 1, 2016 may continue to participate in the program after the effective date of this amendment to this section."
Amend title to conform
