Page 2, line 35, after the first semicolon insert "reports;"
Page 3, between lines 24 and 25, insert:
"F. On or before December 31 of each calendar year, the department shall submit a report to the governor, the president of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives and shall provide a copy of this report to the secretary of state. The report shall include who is advertising under this section and the revenues that the department has collected pursuant to this section in that calendar year. During the fifty‑fourth Legislature, first regular session, The joint legislative budget committee shall review all of the reports that have been submitted pursuant to this subsection."
