AN ACT
amending Title 15, chapter 1, article 8, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 15-186; relating to charter schools.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 15, chapter 1, article 8, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-186, to read:
15-186. Charter schools; website posting requirements
A. If a charter school maintains a website, the charter school governing body shall post on the charter school's website all of the following information:
1. All Charter documents that are relevant to the establishment of the charter school.
2. Any performance agreements that are in effect between the charter school and the authorizer of the charter school.
3. A description of the charter school's program, including courses and programs offered.
4. Information regarding the transportation services provided for pupils who are enrolled in the charter school and any charges for transportation.
5. Information regarding meals and snacks served at the charter school and the availability of free or reduced-priced meals, including information on eligibility criteria for those meals.
6. Annual attrition rates for pupils who are enrolled at the charter school, disaggregated by grade level.
7. Annual attrition rates for teachers who are employed at the charter school.
8. A comprehensive summary of the amounts of nonpublic funding received by the charter school and the sources of that funding, including the duration of any philanthropic funding commitments.
9. The names of legal title holders of land and buildings that the charter school uses and a description of any public subsidies used to directly or indirectly purchase or lease those properties.
B. If a charter school does not maintain a website, the information prescribed in subsection A of this section shall be posted on the website of the charter school's sponsor.
