AN ACT

 

Appropriating monies to the ASSISTANCE for education fund.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; assistance for education fund; solutions teams

The sum of $3,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2017-2018 to the assistance for education fund established by section 15-973.01, Arizona Revised Statutes, to fund solutions teams assigned to schools pursuant to section 15-241.02, Arizona Revised Statutes.
