Between lines 35 and 36, insert:
"E. A person who is provided a tuition waiver pursuant to this section shall be employed by a rural school district in Arizona for at least two years following the completion of the person's degree.
F. A person receiving a tuition waiver who fails to complete the requirement prescribed in subsection E shall reimburse the institution of higher education that the person attended for the cost of attendance."
