AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

Includes any
certificate, endorsement or approved area by the State Board of Education as
eligible for renewal under the bill.

Modifies when a
certificate holder may renew the certificate to at least two years after the
certificate's expiration.
·
Requires a person
seeking to renew an expired certificate to have verified full-time experience
in this state in the area the person is seeking renewed certification.
