FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. States that the Arizona Corporation Commission's authority and duty to set just and reasonable rates shall not be diminished.
2. Extends the period for the Commission to review a filing and hold a hearing from 10 days to 40 days.
3. Reduces the number of days the Commission can further suspend a filing from 60 days to 30 days.
