AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1.
Removes private schools from the list of entities that the
Department of Corrections must notify when there is a change of use or newly
established correctional facility.
2.
Adds to the definition of change of use by
specifying that the introduction of a new classification of offenders into a
community correctional facility that had not previously provided services to
that classification of offenders is a change of use.
