FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. Requires the licensing authority to inform the prosecutor, instead of the court, that a provisional license has been issued for purposes of recovering restitution.
2. Excludes court reporters from the ability to obtain provisional licenses.
3. Adds annual provisional licensing reporting requirements.

1. The number of provisional license applications that were received.
2. The number of provisional licenses that were granted.
3. The number of provisional license applications that were denied.
4. The number of provisional licenses that were revoked."
