FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

 

·         Requires the Secretary of State and the Motor Vehicle Division to notify a voter who has opted for email delivery of a publicity pamphlet that the voter's household will continue to receive the pamphlet by regular mail in addition to the email unless all voters in the household opt for email delivery.

Page 4, line 16, after the period insert "The secretary of state and the motor vehicle division shall notify the voter that, unless all persons who are registered to vote at the voter's household also request e-mail delivery of the publicity pamphlet, the voter's household will receive a publicity pamphlet by regular mail."

Page 4, line 21, after "any" insert "other"
