AN ACT
amending title 12, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 12‑116.08; relating to the supreme court.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 12, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 12-116.08, to read:
12-116.08. Court fee collections; annual report
By January 8 of each year, the supreme court shall report to the governor and the legislature the amount of fees that were collected by every court in this state for the previous year. The report shall include the revenue and collection rates for each court. The report may be submitted in an electronic form.
