Page 1, line 33, strike "master's" insert "baccalaureate"
Line 34, after "engineering" insert "or, preferably with a master's degree in a field of science, technology, mathematics or engineering"
Page 2, strike lines 6 through 14, insert:
"(d) Demonstrate that at a minimum the school district's stem program meets the academic standards for science, technology, engineering and mathematics as adopted by the state board of education and any policies adopted by the school district governing board for science, technology, engineering and mathematics programs.
2. is subject to termination of employment for failure to perform and comply with the requirements of paragraph 1 of this subsection."
