"10. Notwithstanding section 37-803, subsection B, paragraph 1, Arizona Department of Administration shall convey title and fee ownership of the real property and improvements on the real property currently housing the mining, mineral and natural resources education museum to the University of Arizona for nominal consideration, effective no later than July 1, 2017. The University of Arizona shall operate, manage and maintain the mining, mineral and natural resources educational museum at such location consistent with this article."
