Page 1, between lines 6 and 7, insert:
"1. "Other entity" means an insurer as defined in section 20‑3321."
Renumber to conform
Between lines 10 and 11, insert:
"5. "Pharmacy services administrative organization" means an entity that contracts directly with a pharmacy benefits manager or other entity on behalf of a group of pharmacies."
Line 12, before "A" insert "A."
Line 14, after "pharmacy" insert ", pharmacy services administrative organization or employee of a contracted pharmacy"
Strike lines 19 through 38, insert:
"B. A pharmacy benefits manager or other entity may not retaliate by any means, including terminating a contract or charging a fee, against a contracted pharmacy, pharmacy services administrative organization or pharmacist for mailing or delivering prescriptions to a patient."
