Page 1, lines 6 and 7, strike "in a county with a population of more than two million persons,"
Line 25, after "located" insert "and each owner of real property in the initially annexed territory in which the property to be severed is located"
Line 28, strike "or" insert a comma; after "town" insert "or real property owner"
Page 2, after line 10, insert:
"Sec. 2. Delayed repeal
Section 9‑471.05, Arizona Revised Statutes, as added by this act, is repealed from and after June 30, 2019."
