Applications for reserving the Historic Senate Chamber in the Capitol Museum for an event in calendar year 2025, will be accepted beginning 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 18, 2024. Completed event applications can be emailed to: capitolevents@azleg.gov.
The Historic Senate Chamber has a maximum capacity of 49 and is available 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please email capitolevents@azleg.gov if you would like to receive an application to reserve the Historic Senate Chamber. In an effort to be fair to all, each entity may reserve only one date for an event in the Historic Senate Chamber for the January through May, 2025 time period.
Outdoor Events:
We will begin accepting applications for calendar year 2025, outdoor Capitol events at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 25, 2024. Requests are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. In an effort to be fair to all, during this initial round of applications, each entity may reserve only one date for the January through May, 2025 time period. Event applications can be emailed to: capitolevents@azleg.gov. Applications for outdoor weekend events will be accepted on a rolling basis.
All events with a duration of more than 1 hour will be assigned to Wesley Bolin Plaza. Events with a duration of 1 hour or less will be assigned a location based on availability.
