                                    (S/E:  amendments; landlord tenant act)

 

Purpose (For more information see Fact Sheet): Makes changes to the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (Act) regarding the maintenance of premises.  Permits a landlord to require a tenant to authorize a person to remove the tenant’s property in the case of death or disability and permits a landlord to use refundable deposits in accordance with a property management agreement.
