Modifies the transportation support level (TSL) to preclude claiming of miles attributable to a parent transporting his or her child and instead reimburses the school district based on actual reimbursement costs to the parent. Adjusts the transportation revenue control limit (TRCL) for the current year if the TSL increases or decreases from the current year to the budget year.
