SB 1184 AHCCCS; trusts
Purpose (For more information see Fact Sheet): Makes changes to numerous provisions related to Medicaid special treatment trusts (STTs), including the reimbursement of services provided by financially responsible relatives, circumstances in which the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) Administration waives its right as a trust beneficiary and the procedures when the AHCCCS Administration determines a trustee violates the terms of the trust.

SB 1290 adult immunization reporting system
Purpose (For more information see Fact Sheet): Allows health professionals to report adult immunization information and other measures of disease immunity to the Department of Health Services (DHS). Establishes procedures for the release of the information to specified entities.
