HB 2102 county officers; technical correction

Purpose (For more information see Fact Sheet): Increases county officials' maximum salaries by approximately 13 percent and specifies rules for the county board of supervisors the change county officers' salaries. Adds to the responsibilities of the county board of supervisors to include fixing license fees in unincorporated areas. Expands the list of acceptable submitters from which the county recorder may accept digitized images.

HB 2681 utility assistance; qualified fuel fund
