Julie Willoughby represents Legislative District 13 which is comprised of Chandler, Gilbert, and Sun Lakes. Julie is a registered nurse with experience in various areas of healthcare and healthcare leadership with a large portion of her career dedicated to trauma emergency medicine. Leading and advocating throughout her career spurred a desire to engage in the civic process and ultimately lead her to the path of becoming an Arizona State Representative. A graduate of both Arizonas community college program through Gateway Community College and university program through Arizona State University, Julie holds her Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis on Leadership and Management. Julie is using her time as a Representative to work on local and statewide issues and has been assigned to the following committees: Health and Human Services, Appropriations, and Judiciary. |
