Purpose

            Makes technical corrections to the Arizona Revised Statutes for the 2006 edition.

Background

            Each year, Legislative Council makes recommendations on corrections to the Arizona Revised Statutes. Pursuant to statute, a bill is introduced each year to apply to these technical changes.

            There is no fiscal impact to the state General Fund associated with this legislation.

Provisions

1. Makes technical and conforming changes.

2. Becomes effective on the general effective date, except otherwise noted.
