FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. Eliminates proposed language directing Independent Oversight Committee (IOC)
members to nominate candidates for vacant committee positions.
2. Directs the Arizona State Hospital (ASH) to provide civil and forensic patient
information to the IOC that oversees the activities of ASH.
