AN ACT
Amending title 32, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding chapter 48; relating to public meetings.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 32, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding chapter 48, to read:
CHAPTER 48
LICENSING AUTHORITIES
ARTICLE 1. PUBLIC MEETINGS
32-4801. Public meetings; audiovisual recordings; posting; definition
A. Each licensing authority shall:
1. In addition to the requirements prescribed in title 38, chapter 3, article 3.1, provide for a complete audiovisual recording of each licensing authority meeting, except for executive sessions.
2. Post on its website the audiovisual recording of the meeting not later than five days after the meeting and retain the recording on its website for at least five years.
3. Post on its website all final decisions, orders and actions the licensing authority takes not later than five days after the meeting and retain this information on its website for at least five years.
B. for the purposes of this section, "licensing authority" has the same meaning prescribed in section 32-4701.
