AN ACT
providing for reporting and research by the board of homeopathic and integrated medical examiners.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Board of homeopathic and integrated medicine examiners; report; delayed repeal
A. The board of homeopathic and integrated medicine examiners shall research and compare licensing requirements of other states and make recommendations on the following:
1. The reduction of administrative burdens for licensing applicants.
2. Streamlining of the licensing application and renewal process and reducing the cost to the applicant and licensee.
B. On or before December 31, 2018, the board shall submit a report regarding its findings and recommendations to the governor, the president of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives and shall provide a copy of the report to the secretary of state.
C. This section is repealed from and after June 30, 2019.
