AN ACT
MAKING CAPITAL OUTLAY APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS OF THE STATE AND FOR STATE INSTITUTIONS.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; department of veterans' services; Fort Defiance veterans memorial cemetery
The sum of $30,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2018-2019 to the department of veterans' services for distribution to the Navajo nation for costs associated with improvements to the Fort Defiance veterans memorial cemetery.
Sec. 2. Appropriation; department of administration; Teesto multipurpose community center
The sum of $200,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2018-2019 to the department of administration for distribution to the Navajo nation for costs associated with site preparations for the Teesto multipurpose community center.
Sec. 3. Appropriation; department of veterans' services; Lukachukai veterans' multipurpose complex
The sum of $500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2018-2019 to the department of veterans' services for distribution to the Navajo nation for costs associated with planning, designing and constructing the Lukachukai veterans' multipurpose complex.
Sec. 4. Appropriation; Arizona department of housing; Ganado veterans' and senior citizens' center building
The sum of $306,690 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2018-2019 to the Arizona department of housing for distribution to the Navajo nation for costs associated with architectural design and construction of the Ganado veterans' and senior citizens' center building.
Sec. 5. Appropriation; department of administration; Cameron cultural museum and tourism center
The sum of $110,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2018-2019 to the department of administration for distribution to the Navajo nation for costs associated with planning, designing and constructing the Cameron cultural museum and tourism center.
