AN ACT
amending title 1, chapter 3, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 1-316; relating to holidays.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 1, chapter 3, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 1-316, to read:
1-316. Beirut marine barracks bombing remembrance day
A. October 23, in each year, shall be observed as Beirut marine barracks bombing remembrance ray.
B. Beirut marine barracks bombing remembrance day is not a legal holiday.
