Page 1, line 4, after the third semicolon insert "annual report;"
Page 3, between lines 12 and 13, insert:
"K. On or before December 31, 2019 and each December 31 thereafter, the commission shall:
1. Report on the accepted claims and settlements of accepted claims for each year. The report shall include the following information:
(a) The total number of accepted claims.
(b) The type of injury or occupational disease that each injured worker who filed an accepted claim sustained.
(c) The type of industry or employer in which each injured worker who filed an accepted claim is employed.
(d) The income level of each injured worker who filed an accepted claim.
(e) The total number of settlements for accepted claims.
(f) The dollar amount of each settlement of an accepted claim and whether the payment was made as a lump sum or in installments.
(g) The method used to determine the settlement amount.
(h) The income level of each injured worker who received a settlement.
2. Submit the report to the governor, the president of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives and provide a copy of this report to the secretary of state."
