HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AMENDMENTS TO H.B. 2267

Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert:

"Section 1.  Title 3, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 3-108.01, to read:

START_STATUTE3-108.01.  Appropriation; noncertified livestock inspectors

In addition to any other monies appropriated each fiscal year, the sum of $200,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in each fiscal year to the department for personal services and employee-related expenditures, including salary increases and retention bonuses, for noncertified livestock inspectors.END_STATUTE"
