"2. The following information relating to any police department in the city or town:
(a) For each precinct, the average call-to-dispatch response times for priority one, priority two and priority three calls in all of the following:
(i) Each month of the previous year.
(ii) The previous year.
(iii) Each month of the current year.
(iv) The current year to date.
(b) For each precinct, the average dispatch-to-arrival response times for priority one, priority two and priority three calls in all of the following:
(i) Each month of the previous year.
(ii) The previous year.
(iii) Each month of the current year.
(iv) The current year to date.
(c) For each precinct, the average total response times for priority one, priority two and priority three calls in all of the following:
(i) Each month of the previous year.
(ii) The previous year.
(iii) Each month of the current year.
(iv) The current year to date.
(d) For each precinct, the total number of each of the following:
(i) Patrol officers.
(ii) Investigators.
(iii) Other officers not included in item (i) or (ii) of this subdivision.
(e) For each precinct, the following arrest data for each month of the previous year, the previous year, each month of the current year and the current year to date:
(i) The total number of felony arrests.
(ii) The total number of misdemeanor arrests.
(iii) The number of arrests involving a violent crime.
(f) For each precinct, the following call volume data for each month of the previous year, the previous year, each month of the current year and the current year to date:
(i) The total number of priority one calls.
(ii) The total number of priority two calls.
(iii) The total number of priority three calls."
