Current Law

A.R.S. Title 32, Chapter 25 establishes the Board and outlines its purposes and duties. The Board is scheduled to terminate on July 1, 2018. (A.R.S. § 41-3018.12)

Additional Information

The Committee of Reference met to conduct the sunset review of the Board on November 27, 2017 and recommended the continuation of the Board for eight years.
