Current Law

A.R.S. Title 32, Chapter 39 establishes the Board and outlines its purposes and duties. The Board is scheduled to terminate on July 1, 2018 (A.R.S. § 41-3018.15).

Additional Information

The Senate Health and Human Services and House Health Committee of Reference met to conduct the sunset review of the Board on November 27, 2017 and recommended a one-year continuation. The performance audit was conducted by the OAG.
