Abstract

Relating to the State Board of Podiatry Examiners fees.

Provisions

1. Increases the fee for an annual renewal application from $500 to $600. (Sec. 2)

2. Removes the initial and renewal registration fees to dispense drugs and devices for podiatrists. (Sec. 2)

3. Makes technical and conforming changes. (Sec. 1-3)

Current Law

A.R.S. § 32-830 outlines Board fees for initial and renewal licensure, licensing exams, late renewal of a license and certifying a licensed podiatrist to out of state authorities. Specifically, the fee for a renewal license is set at $500. The initial registration fee to dispense drugs is $200 and the annual renewal fee is set at $100.
