Provisions

1.       Allows special Board meetings to be called on the written request of any three members of the Board. (Sec 1)

Current Law

A.R.S. § 32-803  requires the Board to elect a president and secretary from its membership at the annual meeting held in January. The Board must meet at least twice each year and special meetings may be called by the president or any three members.
