Current Law
JTEDs offer CTE courses and programs to students and are composed of more than one member district. Students attending JTED satellite programs may generate up to an additional 0.25 ADM and students attending a centralized campus may generate up to an additional 0.75 ADM. School districts that are part of a JTED are required to use the additional monies generated to supplement and not supplant base year CTE courses and directly related equipment and facilities. Applicable school districts are required to report to the JTED and ADE outlining the required MOE and how monies were used to meet this requirement (A.R.S. § 15-393).
