Abstract

Provisions

1.       Allows the Office or ADHS and facility-based nonprofit youth development organizations to partner with local and state education agencies to annually teach children in grades 5-12 about the dangers of:

a.       Federally defined illegal substances;

b.       Tobacco;

c.        Alcohol;

d.       Marijuana;

e.       Opioids; and

f.         Nonprescription pharmaceuticals. (Sec. 1)

2.       Defines facility-based nonprofit youth development organization. (Sec. 1)
