Abstract

☐ Prop 105 (45 votes) ☐ Prop 108 (40 votes) ☐ Emergency (40 votes) ☐ Fiscal NoteRelating to required flight-hours for second-in-command commercial airline pilots.

Provisions

1.       Urges Congress to allow the United States DOT to issue waivers for the 1,500 flight-hour requirement for second-in-command commercial airline pilots in EAS communities.

2.       Directs the SOS to transmit a copy of this memorial to the President of the United States, the U.S. House of Representatives, and each member of Congress from Arizona.
