Current Law

Teachers and administrators are permitted to read or post the following in any school building:

·         The national motto.

·         The national anthem.

·         The Pledge of Allegiance.

·         The Preamble to the Constitution of Arizona.

·         The Declaration of Independence.

·         The Mayflower Compact.

·         Documents of the founding fathers and presidents.

·         Published decisions of the Supreme Court.

·         Acts of Congress (A.R.S. § 15-717).
