HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AMENDMENTS TO H.B. 2302

Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert:

"Section 1.  Title 32, chapter 30, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 32-3059, to read:

START_STATUTE32-3059.  Opt-in regulation

A.  Notwithstanding any other law, a private postsecondary institution in this state that is exempt from regulation by the board may notify the board that the institution is opting in to regulation by the board. 

B.  If A private postsecondary institution opts in to regulation pursuant to subsection A of this section, the scope of the board's regulation shall be limited to student grievances.END_STATUTE"

Amend title to conform

and, as so amended, it do pass
