Page 1, line 16, after the period insert "The school facilities board may not take ownership of a school facility pursuant to this section unless sufficient monies have been appropriated to the underutilized school facilities fund established pursuant to section 15-2008."

After line 31, insert:

"Sec. 2.  Title 15, chapter 16, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-2008, to read:

START_STATUTE15-2008.  Underutilized school facilities fund

The underutilized school facilities fund is established consisting of monies appropriated to the fund by the legislature.  The school facilities board shall administer the fund.  Monies in the fund are subject to legislative appropriation and are exempt from the provisions of section 35‑190 relating to lapsing of appropriations.  Monies in the fund shall be used exclusively for reimbursement pursuant to section 15-2007.END_STATUTE"

Amend title to conform

and, as so amended, it do pass
