FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. Caps the Full Cash Value (FCV) for real property that may be set by a tax court in appeals that are initiated by a county assessor at the FCV amount that was appealed by a taxpayer to the board of equalization.
2. Clarifies that S.B. 1101 would not apply to rollover valuations.
