FLOOR
AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. Specifies that a
retailer must attempt verification, rather than receive verification, of a
security guard's certificate status.
2. Adds sexual misconduct,
misconduct involving a deadly weapon and sex offender status as precluding
offenses for security personnel applicants.
3. Allows the Department
of Liquor License and Control to issue a special event license to a government
entity.
4. Allows a producer or
wholesaler to donate liquor to a nonprofit entity issued a temporary special
event license.
