AN ACT

 

Requiring the Arizona health care cost containment system to report on the availability of group home beds for seriously mentally ill adults.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  AHCCCS; group home bed availability; report

On or before December 31, 2018, the Arizona health care cost containment system shall report to the chairpersons of the senate health and human services committee and the house of representatives health committee the number of group home beds that are available in this state for adults with serious mental illness.
