AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the corporation commission.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Corporation commission; railway safety inspectors; fiscal year 2018-2019

In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2018‑2019, the sum of $196,600 is appropriated one time from the state general fund in fiscal year 2018-2019 to the corporation commission for the purpose of funding two railway safety inspectors.
